Rich industrialist Baron Keller asks adventurer Skip Morgan to help the brilliant Polish scholar Herr Kudnich escape from Germany. He should smuggle him onto his boat so he can flee to the West. However, when they arrive in West Germany, they discover that Eastern European agents have kidnapped the scientist.
