Insanitarium plot
Jack is a young man who decides to pretend that he is completely insane. In this way he can save his sister, who is also in the institute. Inside the institution, however, Jack discovers that a mysterious doctor is using his clients as guinea pigs and administering a drug that slowly but surely turns them into horrific cannibalistic psychopaths.
