We follow some students from North Carolina High School, who have their last day of school. Stacey Cherry is an obsessive and domineering cheerleader whose boyfriend Dillon lives in her basement. Her mother doesn't know this and her friends think she should dump him because he treats her badly. But she feels she can't do this without a good reason. Her best friend, Julia, isn't sure what she wants with her life either, and her relationship with her boyfriend Pete seems to be watering down to the very end. Felix and Mod are two teenagers who only think about getting stoned and having sex. Then you also have Brianne and Dawn who are two best friends who are bummed that this is their last day of school together. Most students skip school to look for the same night's party in an unfamiliar place. Some hope to have sex with the opposite sex that night, while others want to break up with their partner that night.
