The Pied Piper plot

"Come children of the universe, let Donovan take you away, far far away."

In the 14th century, a rat catcher (Donovan) is asked by a mayor (Donald Pleasance) to rid the town of Hamelin from a plague of rats. The man does as he is asked, but after he does not receive the promised money, he decides to lure all the children of Hamelin out of the city.
