"Murder Stalks The Carnival"
The manager of a publishing house and employer of the journalist Bill Martin has been murdered. Bill is accused of the murder, but he manages to escape to find the real culprit. Bill gets help from his secretary Janet on his quest. The trail of the culprit leads to a circus, whose performers have close contacts with influential speculators in the city.
