After Tony Tucker, Patrick Tate and Craig Rolfe of the infamous Essex Boys are killed, a gaping hole is left in the British drug trade that many competitors are eager to dive into. However, without real leaders, this only leads to bloody confrontations between all the rival drug gangs. The police watch helplessly until a witness comes forward who wants to expose all the wrongdoing of the gangs.
