A Prize of Gold plot
"Stolen Gold ... for the girl with the golden flesh!"
American sergeant Joe Lawrence, stationed in Berlin shortly after World War II, falls in love with Maria. Maria is a refugee who collects money to flee with a group of German orphans to South Africa, where they can start a new life. Together with his comrades, Joe wants to help Sergeant Roger Morris and Brian Hammell Maria, and they plan a robbery. A fortune in gold is transported by military plane from England to Germany and Joe Roger and Brian hijack the plane. The theft succeeds, but the three robbers feel a pang of conscience.
