Brady Sutton is out of prison after three years and he now wants to stay on the straight and narrow. Brady was once a member of the Butch Cassidy gang, who still think he is one of them. When Butch Cassidy and his gang rob the bank, Brady is blamed and because his fellow townspeople are after him, he joins Butch. Brady's girlfriend Nancy Warren was the only one who believed in his innocence.
