Reykjavik-Rotterdam plot
Kristofer (Baltasar Kormákur) works as a security guard. He was once a sailor, but that came to an end when he was caught smuggling alcohol. He also spent some time in prison. Always having money problems, he seizes one last chance to sign on a freighter sailing between the ports of Rotterdam and Reykjavik. On the ship he finds his old mates again, but he soon realizes that some of them cannot be trusted.
