Zud plot
As the icy cold rages across the Mongolian steppe, eleven-year-old Sukhbat's family loses many sheep and goats. To solve his father's money problems, Sukhbat is supposed to ride a potentially lucrative race on a semi-wild horse. The preparations bring challenges and conflicts, patience and insight and the relationship between father and son becomes more intense.
