"Screen's First Blazing Story of Kids Who Go Rumbling Down Dope Street!"
Three teenagers find a briefcase with a dented old tin in it. They throw this drum away and appropriate the briefcase. When they read in the newspaper that the tin contains unprocessed heroin and was owned by a drug dealer who had killed two narcotics officers during a gun battle, they look for the discarded tin. They find the drum again and decide to go into drug sales. However, the members of the drug gang are also looking for this drum of drugs and find out that the three teenagers now have it in their possession.
