Trasplante de un Cerebro plot

Clifton, a distinguished judge of the English Court, develops a brain tumor. After a brilliant operation to transplant a young Sicilian's brain into him, Clifton inherits that man's personality and mentality: he travels to Sicily, where he hopes that Mirella, who would marry the young man, will recognize him. But the whole environment is alien to Clifton and when he discovers the harsh reality, he begins to lose his mind.
