Carpia is a peaceful kingdom in a world of dragons, knights and magical inventions ruled by King Augustin (Arnold Vosloo) and his wife Queen Remini. They are advised by the royal advisor Paxian Ru. The Land of Tranquility has been brutally disturbed for some time by a Fire Dragon who is wreaking havoc on the land. The cruel King Quilok offers them shelter and support, but only in return for Carpia's obedience. To save the kingdom from destruction, reckless princess Luisa (Amy Acker) embarks on a perilous quest for a missing dragon slayer. And during that journey she meets two freebooters, Gabriel (Tom Wisdom) and Sangimel (John Rhys-Davies).
