Sardanapolo, the Ruler of Nineveh, and his brother, Prince Sammash, recently appointed King of Babylon, both love the same young red-haired woman Mira. Her village was destroyed by the savage barbarians, who murdered everyone, including her father. Love causes a fierce conflict between the two brothers.
