Bollywood Hero plot

Bollywood Hero is about the stay of the young Dutch actor Nick (Egbert-Jan Weeber) in the Indian capital Mumbai. Through the lens of his father's 8mm camera, he looks at the city where he resides for a small part in a Bollywood film. During the shooting, a close friendship develops with his co-star, the Bollywood star Sita Singh. Nick helps her make her own choices and avoid forced marriage. When Nick is an eyewitness to a fatal traffic accident, he decides to stop being a passive eyewitness to the misery around him. This is not without major consequences for himself.
