I've been trying to avoid watching this movie for a long time. But my daughter's best friend absolutely loves this movie so in the end I had to believe it. To be honest, I was watching the whole time. It all makes no sense at all but the little ones enjoyed it and for adults it is best to bear to watch. It was funny to watch those cute dogs and then you will pass your time. With my daughter of almost 5 years the film can not go wrong.

Pretty witty and funny.
A clear, visible cliché, of course, but fun nonetheless. The story is especially fun and the characters are well made up. The Chihuahua in particular stole the show with her jacket and diamond necklace. Especially nice scene when the Chihuahua has to fight some kind of fight against a bigger dog (I'm not sure what breed of dog it was now). The film simply entertains and is therefore quite worth watching once. Nice so a 3.0.

Another children's film where rara, animals are in the spotlight. A nice concept, but rather poorly developed on an already not very special plot. Gosnell clearly has a love for children's films. but can't really prove itself.
The images of Beverly Hills are beautiful, and the acting is not very bad. Fortunately, not too annoying voice cast for the dogs. Barrymore, Curtis and Garcia have great voices to shape the dogs.
The humor is bland and then 91 minutes is really too long. Also for children a rather dubious film, because the humor is rather limited at some moments. Bland for adults, but perhaps still enjoyable for the little ones. Oh yeah.
