"Where Spring Break Is Just A Cease Fire!"

Rebel High, the only school in the United States to have had 69 principals in two years. Number 70, Harvey Schlepper waits anxiously at the school gates for the first day, while inside the teachers get their first drills and attend the bomb dismantling course. Because Rebel High is the site of two brutal gangs, who consider the school their private training ground. Gang leader Calvin, has forgotten the number combination of his locker during the holidays and then picks up a bomb, while the other gang leader Bruno practices his bow and arrow shooting on the blackboard. The terror knows no bounds, until they learn that the ministers have decided to convert this pool of corruption and fornication into a parking garage. The gang leaders put their heads together and treat the inspectors to a spotless school and a surprise.
