A Brief History of Errol Morris plot
Errol Morris was an assistant to director Werner Herzog. “A Brief History of Errol Morris” shows an excerpt from Morris' debut “Gates of Heaven” about two Californian animal cemeteries. Director Kevin MacDonald interviews Morris, Herzog, producer Tom Luddy and composer Philip Glass, among others. Many film fragments show Morris' groundbreaking style, which is based on feature films. Moreover, in obsession he appears not to be inferior to his wonderful protagonists. And his fascination with death is no less than that of the electric chair repairman from his own “Mr. Death: The Rise and Fall of Fred A. Leuchter Jr.”.
