Matt (Steven Seagal) is a downtrodden corrupt, alcoholic cop who has incurred a lot of debt. One day he encounters a mysterious man who offers him a lot of money in exchange for a few "jobs". Meanwhile, Matt battles his alcohol problem and the love for his daughter helps him with that. But what should he do? Trying to get himself out of debt or is the love for his daughter more important?

The scene where Steven Seagal explodes a car with two gunshots is priceless!
The film is also difficult to sit out. The acting is again shockingly bad but the main problem is the story. They're trying to make it something really interesting again... Just let everyone shoot and fight!

Started out nice, with good fights and hilarious one-lines and dryness, but then faded to a bland mess of scenes. The story jumped from scratch and the action scenes were suddenly gone. But for the story, I don't watch Seagal movies.
Unfortunately, the level of the beginning was not reached anymore and ended in a mindless shooting that lasted way too long. The explosion of the car was very comical.
Acting, effects (in that chase) and subtitles didn't really cooperate either.
