Greenwich Village: Music That Defined a Generation plot

Greenwich Village, often referred to as The Village, is a neighborhood on Manhattan Island in New York. It was founded by the Dutch as part of the New Netherland colony. In the 1950s there was a lot of experimentation with drug use. Greenwich Village attracted the interest of a new generation of music makers in the 1960s, who learned a lot from each other. This cross-pollination of musical styles and musical innovations resulted in well-known pop singers such as Neil Diamond and Bob Dylan.
