As the manager of an oil company, Andrew (Tony Randall) travels to Morocco. There he is captured by a local gang of thieves. Their leaders Mr. Casimir (Herbert Lom) and Jonquil (Klaus Kinski) drag Andrew into a spy plan against the Chinese.
