Las Crueles plot

"Horror, suspense and naked terror... will make your blood freeze!"

Carlos, a successful publisher and a homemaker, receives a severed hand in the mail at work and buries it before going home, but his wife finds a telegram asking him if he wouldn't rather have the whole forearm. Carlos comes up with an unconvincing, profession-related statement, but that makes him even more suspicious. His wife decides to shadow him and sees that a mysterious woman, dressed in black, is also chasing him. This woman turns out to be Parker, and was previously the lesbian mistress of Esther, who used to be Carlos' mistress and who could never accept the end of the relationship. Esther killed herself, but Parker kept the body and is determined to blackmail Carlos into accusing him of murdering her.
