On an isolated island, a group of criminal teenagers reside in a youth center. One day they wake up without a trace of the accompaniment. After a lot of partying by the teenagers, the staff shows up. But the guards are behaving strangely and they look sick. The youth soon discovers that the situation is life-threatening.
