Daughter of the Mind plot
Psychologist Alex Lauder investigates Nobel laureate professor Samuel Constable's claim that he spoke to Lauder's daughter. The strange thing is that his daughter has been dead for several weeks. After first dismissing the claims as delusional of a grieving man, Lauder decides to investigate the matter more deeply. Especially when he finds out that the government is very "interested" in Professor Constable's conversations with the dead.
