In the documentary '638 Ways to Kill Castro', Fabian Escalante talks about the sometimes bizarre and fanciful attempts of the American Secret Service to murder Castro. Escalante was primarily responsible for protecting the Cuban leader from an attempt on his life. The most famous attempt is probably that of the exploding cigar. But thought has also been given to placing an explosive in a large, beautifully painted shell, and then positioning it underwater at the place where Castro used to dive regularly.
