Family plot
A young couple comes to live in a new neighborhood after a traumatic experience. A new home, a new beginning. When they accidentally run over their neighbor's letterbox in a drunken mood, they come into contact with this lonely man. A friendly bond develops, but along the way the couple discovers some psychopathic traits in their neighbor. Before they know it, they have to fight for their lives to stay out of the gruesome workshop in the neighbor's basement...
