¡Viva América! plot

Frank, a Sicilian boy, arrives in Chicago in the early 1930s and finds that his brother and sister are well integrated into the local underworld. He himself starts by providing "protection" for shopkeepers and works his way up. He soon clashes with other employers and two of his relatives are murdered. After eliminating all his rivals, Frank is at the top of the underworld. But for how long?
