Il Tetto plot
Poor Natale marries Luisa and they live in his brother-in-law's house, which is already home to several adults and children, including Natale's parents. They have no privacy whatsoever and one night Natale has had enough and they leave. He soon regrets it because Luisa is pregnant and they have nowhere to go. Natale tries to build a small house within one night, because according to the law, the police cannot tear down anything that has a door and a roof in the morning.
