L'Horloger de Saint-Paul plot
Michel Descombes is a watchmaker in the Saint-Paul district of Lyon. He lives quietly with his almost grown son Bernard. One day the police come by and announce that Bernard has killed a sitter. Chief Inspector Guiboud asks Michel for help. But Michel realizes that he knows little about his son. He also begins to feel that it is impossible to accuse his son.
