Nobel Son plot

"Keep your eyes on the prize."

When Eli Michaelson wins the Nobel Prize, his ideal life seems complete. His wife and son, however, think otherwise. She doesn't like Eli's behavior in the least and both are immensely annoyed. When the son is kidnapped the night his father receives the Nobel Prize, the kidnappers demand two million, or the money from the Nobel Prize. To make matters worse, Eli refuses to pay the money and a crisis ensues.
