"If it is to be done, it’s better to do it well."
In a remote area in the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul, a small community is experiencing sewage problems. When they raise this with the municipality, they are told that there is no budget for it. However, an amount of 10,000 Real has been released to record a film. Marina and Joaquin decide to make a film so that they can actually use the money they get to solve the problem. But if you're unfamiliar with film and have never held a camera before, it's pretty tricky.
