La Helada Negra plot

Three farmers work on a farm in the Entre Ríos, a sparsely populated and low-lying area in Argentina crossed by rivers. Their crops are threatened by a disease called 'black frost'. One day the young Alejandra comes in and wins everyone over. Shortly after her arrival, the 'black frost' disappears. Soon the community will see her as their great hope and they will begin to idolize her as a saint.
