"At night the city belongs to him ..."

San Francisco suffers greatly from the massacres of a serial killer: the San Franpsycho. This killer mainly targets attractive women, whom he chases at night and then kills. After every killing spree, he sends a newsreader cryptic letters. Because of the San Franpsycho's obsession with beautiful women, and the newscaster in particular, no one's life is safe anymore.
