Watchtower plot
Art is a lover, mentor and friend as well as a cold-blooded killer who charmingly meddles in the lives of his victims before killing them and taking over their identities. After his latest murder, Art moves into a small fishing village and the massacres finally seem to be a thing of the past. Art gets a job at the lighthouse and leads a quiet life. But then he falls in love again...
