Behind the Mask plot
"A Slinking Fiend ... Sulking Terror ... Mad Murder!"
Jack Hart (Jack Holt) works as a federal agent and gets a job infiltrating the mysterious Mr. X., who leads a large drug smuggling ring. Nobody knows mr. X not even his own henchmen. He runs a fictional hospital as a cover and the victims who die on the operating table are lavishly filled with drugs. The drug-filled corpses are then buried in a cemetery. And now it's Jack Holt's job to help Mr. X and his practices.
