Sheng Xiao Chuan Gi plot

Animation film about the origin of the Chinese zodiac. Buddha entrusted the famed Jade Emperor with the task of ruling over both the divine and mortal worlds. Despite the fact that the Emperor made the mortal world a peaceful and prosperous place, man still had no sense of the concept of 'time'. In the absence of such an important facility, chaos was all around. To prevent disaster, the Jade Emperor assigns twelve animals to descend from the divine world. These twelve beings will represent a twelve year cycle and each animal will represent one year.
