Beynelmilel plot
South-East Turkey, 1982. Two years after the military coup, the junta is still in power. Their militaristic rules have an oppressive impact on everyday life. In order to survive, a number of musicians form a military band. However, the daughter of the band leader, Gülendam, falls in love with someone from a resistance group and ends up in the resistance. When the generals of the junta come to town, both the military band and the resistance group prepare a warm welcome.
