One scene that sticks out in my mind is the summary he does while he is in the bath.

Crazy, crazy, crazy, etc., that's what he calls a whole bunch of them, it's a good idea.

This man is certainly very good in his role as a crazy dentist.

Also with a few nasty scenes.

After the fun and creepy first part, this sequel was quite a disappointment. The story made no sense and the same goes for the hallucinations and self-mutilations of the jealous Dr. Alan Feinstone (nicely played by Corbin Bernsen). There are also fewer creepy and gore scenes (the scene where he attacks Bev Trotter was quite gross) than in the first part.

This second part starts a bit slowly and relies mainly on gore, specifically a long scene in the dentist's chair. The crazy dentist does better in this 2nd part, but is also more annoying with his nonsense about not being mentally disturbed. Fortunately, the opera music is less present, but the acting performances are otherwise more mediocre.

Just like part 1, the film fluctuates a bit. Part 1 fluctuates between mediocre and nice. Part 2, unfortunately, fluctuates between mediocre and bad. The gore is quite nice, but the rest is unfortunately no more than mediocre. The story is even worse than in part 1, and unfortunately the whole dentist idea is not really explored. Star.
