El Libro de Piedra plot
Eugenio takes on Julia as governess for his daughter Silvia. The girl sees her playmate Hugo in an old stone statue in the garden. Soon unexplained events occur. A dog belonging to a man named Carlos dies in mysterious circumstances after scaring Silvia. Silvia's stepmother Mariana suffers from strange pains, which stop when Julia finds a doll full of needles and pulls it out. Julia believes Hugo is using Silvia to perform black magic.
