"MGM's Riot Call"
The smooth Geechy Cheevers (Mickey Rooney) and the quiet family father Freddie Clopp (Eddie Bracken) are two army friends. As soon as Geechy invades Freddie's household, he starts freaking everyone out with get-rich-quick schemes. He even convinces Freddie to resign from the military and start a gas station. Geechy's next plan is to tap gas from a competing gas station.
