Vergeet Me Niet plot
Friends and employees look back on their experiences with Mary Servaes (the Singer Without a Name). About how a fan, who gave her a very expensive fur coat, eventually became her regular shopping girl. A portrait of the buyer of her frivolous four-poster bed with matching pink cupboards and sitting area. And on tour with her former manager who talks about the egocentric aspects of being an artist. Accompanied by her husband Sjo, Mary Servaes drove her shiny white Mercedes through the Netherlands almost every day, on her way to sold-out halls. On days off, she stayed at home in her luxury home in Stramproy, receiving occasional visits from fans who had become friends over the years. She hardly went outside because of her disability (she was limping), the fear of being recognized and what was she really looking for there? After a painful breakup with Johnny, and several years of unsuccessfully searching for new material, she said goodbye to her audience in the mid-1990s.
