What begins as a simple exercise for Captain Bukes and his tight-knit unit quickly degenerates into a terrifying battle against death when the Marines discover the island is overrun by an enemy beyond human understanding of evil.

Fine.

Mainly because it's visually good with this film. This kind of sci-fi has to have atmosphere + tech design, if you don't have that much budget, the result can sometimes be disappointing. But Gomez has clearly mastered that part.

The bots look very cool, especially the main ones. But the simple tech pimp that Kirby gets is also very effective. He also knows how to get the most out of the setting. The forest, the bunker and the abandoned complex at the end are all very atmospheric.

Kill Command isn't a grand movie, it's a B movie through and through. Simple story, simple course, but designed with a lot of love. The references to things like Terminator or Transformers make no sense to me, think more towards Death Machine or something, but a bit more modern.

Like horror, sci-fi often suffers from low scores, making it very difficult to pick out the gems. As far as I'm concerned, the sci-fi enthusiast can enjoy themselves with this film, thought it was a nice surprise.

3.5*

Entertaining and nice story that kept me off the road for an hour and a half.

In the "action/horror" genre, this film remains standing, the viewer will have a good time with it. What struck me about this movie is that the "atmosphere and design" part looked really good for a relatively cheap movie! The technical parts were nicely made, just look at the robots. The story flows smoothly and the viewer will feel entertained from the beginning of the film to the end.

I have rated all parts of the film with reasonable and presumably if you look at the end there will be a sequel in the long run.

A small 7!

Viewed today, reasonable Sf. / action movie, a group that roams through the woods and encounters several robots along the way, simple story, fairly entertaining although it could be a bit better.

Saw ''Monsters of man'' yesterday and it couldn't match that, sometimes I even found this movie a bit monotonous and a bit boring.

This one isn't really bad either, so just a pass.
