Boys plot
"No one stays innocent forever."
Patty Vare has a secret she's keeping quiet. When the police threaten to find her, she runs off on her horse. Along the way, she falls from her horse and is found unconscious by a John Baker, a slightly younger student from a private school. He takes her to his room and offers her shelter. They start to feel more and more for each other and get into a relationship. For Patty it means the way back to love and tenderness and for John it means the step towards adulthood. He decides to flee the strict school with Patty, much against his father's wishes.
