Hele sa Hiwagang Hapis plot
A Lullaby to the Sorrowful Mystery tells the story of 'the father of the Philippine revolution': Andrés Bonifacio, who led the revolution against Spanish rule at the end of the 19th century. The film follows several storylines, which are indirectly related to the life and death of Bonifacio. His wife is looking for the body of her deceased husband. The Spanish governor tries to play different rebel groups against each other. And meanwhile, a friend of Bonifacio ponders the victims who spark a revolution.
