Samuel in the Clouds plot

The glacier on the Chacaltaya (5400 m) in Bolivia has melted away. On the roof of the world a man looks out the window; ski lift operator Samuel (50) hopes for new snow for the highest ski slope in the world. A hundred meters below, scientists are measuring the ominous changes. The clouds float by indifferently.
