The director of a small insurance company organizes a team-building event at his country house. But what no one knows is that he's about to fire some of his highest-earning employees. I expected more, as the synopsis sounded promising. Unfortunately, it never becomes funny. It's full of cynicism, hypocrisy, contemptuous behavior, and schadenfreude, especially delivered by director Joeuf.

But because most of the employees remain indifferent, it doesn't work. In the end, I didn't care who got fired. What the addition of that godfather (Piccoli) and the director's horny daughter is supposed to mean is completely beyond me. Aside from Poiret and Auteuil, who still deliver solid performances, I considered this a rather disappointing failure.
