The Nazis, A Warning From History examines all kinds of myths surrounding the rise and fall of the Third Reich. The series shows how the Nazis came to power, how they ruled, how they treated the territories they occupied and most importantly, how a civilized nation could commit such unimaginable crimes against humanity. This documentary series was created after three years of meticulous research and interviews with eyewitnesses. Many of them were only able to tell their story after the fall of the Berlin Wall. The creators of the series were given access to previously unpublished sources and recently discovered film and documentation material from the archives of the former Eastern Bloc. In this way, the most serious world conflict of all time is examined from a unique new perspective.
