Gen plot
Her new job requires psychiatrist Deniz to travel to a psychiatric hospital in a remote, mountainous area. On her first day she has to deal with the suicide of one of the patients. And this is just the beginning. Within three days, the most bizarre murders take place and because of the bad weather conditions, it is impossible to leave the hospital. The staff, patients and police who arrived to investigate the murders are all trapped like rats. And the killer is still around.
