Amnesia plot

Pastor Paul Keller has had enough of his wife, his stepson and his work and would rather start a new life with his mistress Veronica. He fakes an accident, with which he wants to give the impression that he has died. However, he gets really hurt and loses his memory. When he ends up in the motel where he always met Veronica, the female manager sees her chance to take advantage of the situation.
