Cage plot
"There are no rules..."
Billy (Lou Ferrigno) saves the life of his commander Scott (Reb Brown) in the Vietnam War, but suffers a head injury in the process. Despite a lengthy rehabilitation, Billy will never be the same again and Scott feels compelled to take Billy under his wing. Two mobsters witness a bar fight in which Billy wins with ease and decide to use Billy for cage fights to pay off their gambling debts. Scott must do everything in his power to save Billy from the clutches of the Chinese mafia.
